3 Ingredient Quick Saddle Bag Cookies

Left over bananas? Oats and chocolate chips! I love this recipe for a quick homemade low sugar snack.  Literally 3 ingredients and fresh moist cookies in  8-10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 large ripe bananas

  • 2 cups rolled oats

  • 1/4 to 1/3 cup chocolate chips

Directions:

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F

  • Mash the bananas, add the oats and combine. Stir in chocolate chips. Batter complete!

  • Scoop tablespoon size lumps on parchment paper covered cookie sheet

  • Bake 8-10 minutes. Rest 5 minutes on cookie sheet before transferring to cooling rack

  • You can play with this recipe by adding 1/2 cup nut butter and 1/2 cup more oats, or cinnamon, vanilla, nuts etc. Its all delicious and nutritious energy!
