Imperial Cheese Crackers

This was one of Susan’s favourite savoury holiday treats. It is a quick and super delicious addition to the charcuterie board, and really can be used for entertaining at any time. How can’t one cherish a recipe that calls for their Mother’s handfuls? We always serve hot pepper jelly, and often with our grassfed beef pepperoni or beef jerky.

Ingredients:

  • 1 package MacLaren’s Imperial cheese

  • 1 cup butter

  • 1/4 tsp Worcestershire

  • Dash cayenne pepper

  • 2 cups flour

  • 4 handfuls Rice Krispies

Directions:

  • Combine all ingredients

  • Form into balls and press top with fork

  • Bake @ 300 degrees for 15 min
