$200 Deposit on a mixed Quarter of a grass fed and finished beef. You pay the deposit and final beef charge is based on hanging beef weight at $7.60/lb. Your final cost will be billed after your beef is weighed and butchered, and total between $1150 and $1250.

You will end up with approximately 90-110 lbs of beef. This will take up approximately 4 cu feet of freezer space, and be comprised of 30% steak, 30% ground beef, 20% roasts, stew meat, brisket and ribs. You can customize your butcher order, or go with our Butcher’s standard recommended cut. Wrapped in brown paper, flash frozen and delivered to our meeting spot in Calgary for pickup, or pickup yourself at the Butcher.

Once deposit is made you will be contacted for timing and butcher order requests.

Note: you will be notified of the pickup date and time 3-4 weeks in advance. This date will not be flexible. The first available for the 2024 season will be July 2024.
